Hi! I’m a hardworking single mom with an 11-year-old son looking to team up with the right person or people on a rental. My move date has some flexibility. With housing costs being what they are, I’m hoping to find others interested in sharing a comfortable, affordable home while maintaining a peaceful and respectful living environment.

We do not drink, use drugs, or party. It’s perfectly fine if you drink, and are 420-friendly. We also have one fixed female vaccinated 6-year-old service dog who is well-behaved and part of our family.

My son primarily lives with me, so having space for him is important. We have excellent personal, professional, and rental references. After nearly 10 years in our current rental, we’re preparing for a move and are preferably looking in White City, Central Point, Eagle Point, or North Medford but open to options.

I work multiple self-employed jobs also have a background in healthcare, and attend school. Keeping a clean, organized, and comfortable home is important to me. I’m respectful, dependable, easy to communicate with, and financially responsible. I can be flexible on budget, don’t mind being the primary person on the lease if needed, and have furnishings for an entire home.

We live a quiet, drama-free lifestyle and spend much of our time with family, sports, school activities, enjoying the outdoors, games, and more. I’m looking for someone who is trustworthy, responsible, and values a peaceful home environment.
