ABOUT ME: -41yr old African American woman -No kids, not partnered, no pets -I prefer month to month lease, but I’m flexible -I’m a new business owner - I work in tech and construction -I don’t smoke or use drugs. Almost never drink. -I work out, read and live a healthy lifestyle -You will get your rent on time, no problem. If I need to leave I’ll give you 30 days notice (at minimum) and cooperate with you showing my room to others. I pay my rent from savings and business earnings. I have excellent credit, will happily prove it. I would never do anything to jeopardize that. -Sometimes I will be home, sometimes I will be traveling for work. I like to be in my room when home. -I used to live with roommates for years so I’m familiar with the best practices for a happy, drama-free space. -I am clean, friendly, cooperative and respectful. I’m easy to live with, rarely had issues with roommates in the past.

WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR (non-negotiable): -I prefer to live with women, gays or theys -Your age doesn’t matter to me -No drug users or cigarette smokers, but 4/20 is okay -In Buffalo or surrounding areas. -Furnished or unfurnished is fine -Nearby street or driveway parking must be available. -A clean home with no pests (aside from the occasional ants/flies) please no roaches or mice- I will be out of there! -I need Internet, preferably high speed. -I must have privacy and safety. -I need the occasional ability to cook/meal prep -Pets are fine as long as you maintain a clean environment with no fleas -Washer/dryer would be amazing but not required -Move in date is flexible. -If you don’t have the apartment yet (aka you are looking for one to share) you can reach out, we’ll talk -Please only contact me if you LIVE in the space (no landlords, realtors, property managers etc)

Bottom line: I’m the ideal roommate for the person who could use a some help with expenses (who can’t these days) but is super picky about who they share their space with.
