Hello. Trans-woman looking to return to Minneapolis area in Aug/Sept of 2026. I have spent the past few years mostly in AZ, with some brief stints in SEA. (Basically looking to return home) Retired require no special accommodations. I tend to keep to myself, yet not anti-social. And I can provide positive rental history references if need be. I prefer cats, yet am okay with most pets. If I smoke, I go outside. I don’t do illicit drugs, and rarely drink (never to excess). If your cannabis friendly, that’s okay. I’d prefer options with public transit available.
