Hello! My name is Caleb; I’m a law student looking to sublet or short-term lease a room through the end of August 2026 as I complete an internship in Bend.

I go to law school at Willamette University in Salem, so I will need to move back by the time class starts. Given the short nature of my tenancy, I am more than willing to assist in the roommate search to replace me before the summer is up.

I have lived in a number of shared housing situations, so I understand the importance of having reliable roommates to live with. As a roommate, I like to keep my space tidy, but I am flexible with maintaining a comfortable and relaxed shared living area. I will be working 9-5 three to four days out of the week. When I’m not working or studying, I enjoy getting outside to run or play basketball, or curling up inside with a good book.
