Moving to the Bay Area for the summer to be closer to the tech and AI scene. I’m a CTO and have spent years building across healthcare, fintech, real estate, and social/data products, so I’ve picked up a fair bit about how different industries actually work under the hood. Always happy to talk shop, compare notes, or help someone think through a technical or product problem. Easy to live with: clean, respectful of shared space, quiet when people need it, low-drama. I’d especially click with housemates who are building something or curious about tech, but I’m just as happy to give people room on heads-down days.
