Hello! I’m a junior at CSUN studying Accounting, and I’m looking for a room to rent with an August move-in date. I’d be a great person to live with because I value a clean, peaceful, and respectful home. I’m quiet, don’t party or drink/do drugs, and I don’t bring random guests over. I keep a very consistent daily routine with regular sleep hours, so I won’t be disrupting anyone’s schedule. I always clean up after myself, and respect everyone’s boundaries. I also have no pets. My only real preference or standard for roommates is that we share these same values when it comes to managing and sharing a living space. If this sounds like a good fit, I’d love to chat!
