I am a 35yo independent massage therapist & yoga teacher. I am looking for a comfortable, friendly environment, where I can spend time building my massage practice, creating massage CE, partner yoga classes, and relaxing.

My current, main hobbies are disc golf, hiking, running, acroyoga, & board games. I am looking for a living arrangement that is semi-social, clean, & allows for occasional visits by friends or family. I appreciate cooperation, direct communication, & clear guidelines for shared spaces & resources. I do not have pets or allergies.
