I am semi-retired profession (environmental consultant). I am quiet but friendly. I am good at cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, etc. Also experienced with fixing plumbing, wiring, appliances, furniture, doors, etc. Also have a green thumb and happy to help with yard work if there is any. Non-smoker. I do not mind others drinking alcohol in moderation, but I can no longer do so due to health. Ideally looking for place I can bring my very well behaved older, neutered cat.
