Hello! I am 29 years old looking to rent in Turlock, California. I am employed as a substitute teacher here in Turlock while I finish my college program requirements. I have 5+ years of renting history and sharing spaces with other roomates. I am clean, mindful, and respectful. I am looking for other female housemates who are also neat and respectful. I do not smoke and I’m looking for a non-party home. I buy and manage my own food. My cat is registered as an emotional support animal and does not leave my room under any circumstances. He’s very tame and adjusts well. I have had him for 10 years and I take great care after him.
