Hi, I’m Tom. I work full-time and live a pretty low-key lifestyle. I have one adult child, love animals, and am usually happiest in a quiet, peaceful environment.

I’m respectful of other people’s space, keep to myself for the most part, and am very clean. I tend to clean up after myself right away and like to keep common areas neat and comfortable for everyone.

I’m not a partier and don’t bring drama with me. Most of my time is spent working, relaxing, watching TV, spending time with friends, or just enjoying a quiet evening at home.

I’m looking for a safe, peaceful place to live with people who are respectful and considerate. My goal is simple: pay my rent on time, be easy to live with, and make your life easier, not harder.
