My name is Erich, and I’m looking for a room to rent in the Naples area.

I currently manage The 239 Naples in Mercato and have been living in Southwest Florida for the past 9 months. Since I’m still deciding whether I’ll be staying in Florida long-term, I’m looking for something more flexible than a one-year lease.

I work Wednesday through Sunday, averaging about 60 hours a week, so I’m rarely home except to relax and sleep. My dogs are still back in Michigan, so I won’t have any pets with me.

I’m extremely clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces. I actually deep clean my current apartment every Monday, so keeping a home neat is important to me. Rent is always paid on time, and I’m a quiet, reliable tenant who doesn’t mind helping keep the house clean.
