Hello,

I am a 37 year old male with two busy occupations that usually fill the majority of my time so I tend to not be home much more than for rest and meals in between shifts. I am open to temporary or long-term rental if the fit is right and am looking for immediate housing located near Broomfield, the Denver Art Museum, or a short commute from the two. I’m an animal lover but do not have any pets currently.

I’m seeking a new space is because I recently separated from my partner and have been living temporarily with family which has significantly added to my work commute.

I have lived with many roommates in my time and feel I am very capable of respectfully coexisting and maintaining a clean living space. I try my best to be perceived as a considerate tenant to everyone I live with.

When I have time off of work, I tend to get outside as much as possible during the day and then recharge and prepare for upcoming shifts in the evening.

I don’t have much furniture or belongings to move into the space because (quick sad side-story) I was fleeing Hurricane Helene from Asheville, NC, in 2024, and had a trailer stolen off the back of my car with all of my personal possessions in it. Rebuilding my life since has been a constant process so I actively aim to work as much as I possibly can.
