I recently graduated from UT Austin and moving here for a job in NYC.

I’m looking for a lease starting from 1st of july. I’m looking for a room preferably with attached bathroom in a 2b or 3b apartment. Ideally in Hoboken but open to Newport as well. My budget is $1500-2000 all inclusive

I’m 27 M, organized, neat, someone who respects shared spaces, does their fair share of chores on time. I am not planning to cook much - mostly mess free convenient meals.

My hobbies include reading, films(ask me about my letterboxd), art, and running. I consider myself to be joyfull, easygoing, chill, and fun roommate - ideally looking for someone with shared interests and values

I’m also open to teaming up and hunting for an apartment together.
