I am a tax manager recently hired in Irvine but the firm wanted me living nearby (probably due to fear of new workers quitting due to long drives). I live in Fontana, CA so the drive with fastrack is an hour and 10mins if traffic is not bad or about an hour and 50mins+ if traffic is bad so moving here would also benefit me. I will be away from the property from 8:30am to 5pm due to work. Possibly after 5pm if I need to stay longer or to go to gym. I will definitely be back at any point in time from 5pm to 9pm. I am an introvert so I will be staying in my room all the time and dont talk much unless spoken to (not that I dont like you). I will go out of the room to get drinks, bathroom, get food/snacks deliveries from outside. I wear headphones for video/music so noise will be very low. My wake up alarm on my phone and phone ringing will probably be the most noise you’ll hear but I will keep it to a reasonable noise level on phone (no sleep snoring either). I would prefer very low or no noise from 10pm to 8am though.

Affording a condo is not an issue with the salary but I want to give it 2-4 months before making that commitment as renting a property/condo requires a 12 month lease. Due to this commitment, I am looking to rent a room first and then move to a condo. After 2-4 months of working here, I would be comfortable committing to a 12 month lease. I dont necessarily have to be in the same place for all months. If you can only rent 1 month out to me, let me know so I can be ready to find another room in advance (1 week notice before my month ends).
