I’m a recent USC grad looking for a spot near downtown where I work. Above all else, I’m big on respecting boundaries. Your space is your space, and I genuinely believe a good roommate relationship starts with that.

My schedule is pretty balanced, so you won’t find me keeping odd hours or disrupting the flow of the household. I’m the kind of person who keeps shared spaces clean and communication easy. No passive aggression, no drama. If something comes up, I’d rather just talk about it.

As for the dynamic, I’m flexible. I’m happy to keep things independent if that’s what works, but I’m also genuinely friendly and open to the occasional shared meal or conversation if the vibe is there. Either way, you’ll have a reliable, considerate person sharing the space with you.
