I’m a 36yo nerd who is getting his foot in the door in the IT world and is looking be closer to the city. I start a new job in July, and whenever I’m done training it will be a hybrid schedule (so up to 3 days work from home). I also do side-work for a small instructional design company that brings in a little extra each month.

I clean up after myself, and am respectful of other peoples’ spaces. I tend to get along with most people, and am all-in-all just a chill guy. I just want a place to relax, and I don’t tend to bring any drama.
