Hi everyone, My name is Jacob, and I am looking for two new roommates to share a clean, quiet, and comfortable house near California State University, Long Beach. I am a master’s student who works 2 jobs, so I am looking for people who are chill and would like to keep a clean, peaceful house. I like reading, video games, D&D, and board games. The house is located in a nice suburban neighborhood within about 10 miles of campus. It is roughly a 30-minute walk, 10-minute bike ride, or 5-minute drive to CSULB. There are also plenty of nearby amenities, including Trader Joe’s, Target, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and other food places. This is a full house, not just a room in an apartment, so you would have your own room while also sharing a real home with common spaces, including a shared bathroom. The ideal roommates would be clean, tidy, respectful, chill, and easy to live with. We are hoping to keep the house peaceful, friendly, and comfortable for everyone.
