Aayush Ranjan

Hi, I’m Aayush. I’m a working professional relocating to the Oxnard area for work and will be in the office five days a week, so I’ll be out most of the day on weekdays. I’m easygoing, respectful, financially stable, and like to keep my living space clean and organized. I believe good communication and being considerate of each other’s space are important for a comfortable living environment.

In my free time, I enjoy exploring new cities, hiking, going to the gym, running, watching and playing sports like football and basketball, attending concerts, and watching anime. I’m also always open to trying new things and meeting new people.

I’m looking for roommates who are clean, respectful, and responsible. It would be great to live with someone who is friendly and easy to get along with, we don’t have to be best friends, but it would be nice to have a good relationship and occasionally hang out together.
