I just turned 60 and I’m on disability I get around just fine I just have artificial ankle that’s worked out great and a bad knee. A year ago my wife passed away from breast cancer,,,,,, round 2,,,,and things went bad. I took care of her for 4 months while the cancer ate her up until she passed away at home in our bed. I kind of took a deep depression and locked myself in my own issues and lost everything particularly with the people that I hired to help move me ended up being bad people “” SQUATTERS““. MOVED IN WHILE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE MOVING MY STUFF OUT. I have a beautiful 26-year-old daughter who just got married and lives towards McConnell’s. I’m quiet and keep to myself even though I’ve been known to be the jokester on occasion. I love good conversation or a good book. Been living with my parents helping them or particularly my mother who’s has issues. She’s 86 and still gets around . They don’t need my help anymore they’re doing fine and it’s time for me to let them enjoy their time together. Learned a lot caring for them and my wife when it comes to medical stuff or just sharing and helping. Empathy and love is the key words. I have lived in Rock Hill since 1992. Moved here after Hugo to help clean up my parents property and fell in love with Rock Hill. Miss the days gone by and when it was okay to stop your car in the road and have a conversation with your neighbor. Looking forward to hearing back in search of a quiet neighborhood and good conversation.
