44y/o female. I grew up Slavic (gparents from poland) and get along really well with Eastern European way of family including Spain and Italy. I gravitate toward people who know what family means and is. I also get along with everyone. I run a social group in town and am not a drama-starter. I fill my days with things to do/activities/plans away from the house. A furnished room is preferred, but I can also bring my own bed, etc. Month to month is preferred. I am responsible, clean, respectful, quiet and prefer the same kind of environment (think relaxing yoga style).

I have a lot of friends from hiking and triathlete groups including Girl Time San Diego, etc. I have always had a good income. Just going through a divorce and need some space to land while I figure things out.
