Hi, my name is Jeremy. I’m a 54-year-old professional looking for a roommate to either share a condo or apartment or go and find one together in the Irvine area. I have an 11-year-old Sheltie who would be living with me, so I’m hoping to find a pet-friendly place. Ideally, I’d also love a home with a two-car enclosed garage, since I have tools, personal items I need to store, a second car and would prefer not to rent a separate storage unit. I’m willing to pay additional rent for the garage and dog. I’ve worked for an aerospace company in Irvine for over 16 years, so I’d like to stay nearby if possible. I work early mornings, usually from 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM, so I tend to turn in around 7:30-8:00 PM and would just appreciate a respectful, quiet environment in the evenings. I’m currently going through a divorce and have my 5-year-old son with me every other weekend. I’m quiet, responsible, and keep to myself for the most part. I don’t usually have guests over, nor do I bring drama home. My budget is around $1,800 per month, though I may be open to a little more for the right place (max $2,200).
