I am a quiet, clean and professional with 2 well mannered older kids- middle school/high schooler who is looking to split (split lease) a 4 bedroom home in Palm Coast, Florida, St. Augustine or Green Cove Springs. Can provide furnishings. Would like to find someone who is also quiet, respectful and professional.

We enjoy being out in nature, baking/cooking, art projects and sports. Kids go to school during the day. We’d be gone a few weekends a month traveling around Florida. Prefer someone who does not to have frequent guests coming in and out of home all the time, due to kids, but people of good character welcome! :)
