I am a single dad who’s been divorced for 4 years. I’m a certified teacher at a private high school. I’m really laid back and will always keep shared areas clean, but I am not a total neat freak so I won’t bother you if you don’t keep everything perfect all the time. I got my last roomate in NM through roomis.com and that went well, so I’m trying to be the rentee this time around. I have a 9 year old girl who will sleep over 1 or 2 nights a week on a fold out bed in my room. I don’t smoke or drink but I don’t care if you do either. Looking for a chill roommate who’s mostly clean but not a neat freak or a 6 month to 1 year rental.
