Hi, my name is Joe. I’m a quiet, respectful, and responsible tenant currently living in Louisville. I’m disabled and spend most of my time working on my adaptive technology startup, ERCHAM, a project focused on helping people with disabilities access gaming and computers more easily.

I take pride in keeping a stable home environment, paying my bills on time, and being considerate of the people I live with. I’m not a partier, I don’t create drama, and I value open communication and mutual respect between roommates.
