I’m a clean, respectful, and easygoing working professional with a busy schedule. I work in the restaurant industry and also run a small business, so I spend a lot of time working and value a peaceful, drama-free home environment.

I don’t smoke, don’t use drugs, and I’m not into partying. I’m very responsible with rent and shared spaces, and I believe communication and mutual respect are important in any roommate situation.

I’m also a father, and my daughter may occasionally visit or stay with me a couple of nights during my parenting time, so having a calm and healthy environment is very important to me.
