Me and my sweet Murphy are looking for a sublet, either month to month, or 3-6 months or even a year if amenable!

I’m a 37-year-old working full-time in both the music industry and healthcare. Currently working with UMG in sync, CurbWord Publishing, and HCA Healthcare in staffing and scheduling. I’m queer, socially liberal, tidy, respectful, and pretty quiet overall aside from the occasional guitar playing or singing or producing while working on music. Murphy is a small kitty who’s almost 1 year old and very well-behaved. She is an extreme sweetheart baby. I am very reliable - I hustle so much that I always have income coming in, but I have been having a hard time finding stable housing especially one that feels safe for both me and my fur baby. I am looking for sublets or renting a room for total 1000 or less per month including utilities, etc. Appreciate all help given! Can’t wait to connect with you!
