Hey Everyone, Im looking to move in July 1st. It will be just me moving in. Im am electrician currently employed by Tesla and I do construction on the side. I have construction jobs on the weekends and am not a homebody so I don’t plan on being around alot. Im from the Bay Area so I have family and roots here already. Im open minded and ready. I speak fluent English and Tagalog. I have a girlfriend who has her own home but may stay over a weekend or something, definitely not every weekend.
