Hi I’m Jason Lin, and I’m looking for a roommate to find a new place with starting around mid July.

I’m a night owl who respects quiet hours during the week. When it comes to cleanliness, I like to keep common areas clean and tidy. I usually handle my dishes immediately after cooking and am open to split chores or a chore wheel to keep things fair.

For me, home is a place to rewind and recharge. I’m totally fine with the occasional dinner guest or visitor, but I prefer to keep the apartment relatively quiet on weeknights. I am open to pets, and I am non-smoking & non-drinker.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is communicative, reliable with rent. Ideally, I would like to become good friends but am open to co-exist and do our own things.
