I’m responsible, career focused, and spend most of my time working, so I’m usually a pretty lowkey roommate. A little about me: I studied Business Operations in college, enjoy hiking, cars, traveling, and getting outdoors whenever I have free time. I’m clean, organized, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to get along with. I do smoke after work, rarely host gatherings, and prefer a peaceful, drama-free living environment. I also have a small 2 year old dog. He’s well-behaved, quiet, house trained, and mostly keeps to himself. He’s a big part of my life, so any potential roommate would need to be comfortable living with a small dog. I am already pre-approved for a 2-bedroom apartment with a monthly rent of approximately $2,500. Ideally, I’m looking for a roommate whose housing budget is around $1,500–$1,800 per month and who is interested in splitting rent and utilities fairly while living in a clean and comfortable home.
