62 male. Good health, clean background, excellent credit. Financially “secure”, but not quite enough income to afford something of a decent place on my own long term. I don’t drink or do drugs, MJ friendly, and a smoker at times off and on. I’m easy going, dependable, caring, loyal. responsible, and shy to a degree, reserved. I believe in God. I like my own space, and a good friendly and a positive atmosphere. Looking for a private bed and bath with kitchen privileges. Moved to Florida with a long time friend 5 years ago. She has decided to move back to her home state to be with family and friends. We pretty much stayed to ourselves so as a result I have no friends here, or even really know anybody else here, or now really anywhere for that matter. Lost contact with all years ago. No family or friends. I function okay on my own, but certainly not an ideal situation to be in that is for sure. So, I am very open to conversation and or even a friend to go do some things with. In a nice 2 bedroom apartment in Ormond now, but now have to decide to stay here and find another room mate, or a room rent situation. All responses, leads? or advice? appreciated. Any other in same situation?
