I’m looking for a peaceful and quite place to call home. I own 2 dogs. One is a German Sheppard and the other is a husky. My dogs are super friendly and get along with people/ other dogs famously. Rangar is my husky that has been neutered. Baily is my German Sheppard that may need to get neutered if you have a guy dog. 😆 🤣 I work 40 hours/ full time as dominos delivery driver. My income is anywhere from $3,800 to $4,500 per month so paying my portion rent will be easy for me to do. The only bills I have to pay is rent, food and phone bill. I don’t owe for anything like car notes, debts or have loans hanging over my head. Lol. I have no criminal history and no past evictions what so ever. I have no good credit score but i’m currently building it up with a secured credit card. So there’s that. Lol. I’m a very respectful, easy going/chill roommate that is looking for like minded stoner roommates or a roommate. At the very least someone that doesn’t mind if I smoke weed in the house or apartment that we share. I can keep smoking weed to only in my room if preferred. I am looking for a roommate that doesn’t mind me having house guest over and also allowing people stay the night from time to time. Like family or friends or girlfriends for instance. I’ve been paying rent at the same place for the past ten years. And before that I lived at the same place for 5 years and paid rent on time each month. I’ve held down my job for 1 year now. I am a kind/ funny individual that can get along with anyone with ease. I am big on talking/ communication with respect/ keeping a clean place to live. I’m even down to start like a chore chart or something along the lines of that so we can all make sure we are doing our own parts to keep the place nice and clean. 😃 I will be providing all of my own food/ cleaning all my own dishes. So i’ll need my own fridge to store my food. Although i certainly wouldn’t mind cooking for the whole house hold sometimes or sharing food that i make. I’m down to hang out with eachother or go do fun things together as well. I’m a body builder so eating healthy is important to me. I enjoy going to the gym 5 to 7 days a week/ being outdoors/ beaches and bqq’s. I love helping others out in anyway that I can and i’m obsessed with coffee and good vibes. Lol. If we need to talk about anything I would like it be in calm, cool and respectful manner and I promise I will do the same in return. I don’t mind helping out with cleaning common house hold area’s/ mowing the lawn or doing things that benefits the house hold.If this sounds like a match send me a message and we will get to know eachother a bit.
