TLDR: If you ring out the sponge, we’ll get along just fine.

I am a longtime remote worker displaced by some corporate non-sense called “co-location.” So, here I am sorting out my super-commute lifestyle looking for a place to stay in super commute friendly locations that bring me joy.

I always pay rent on-time. Clean, quiet, respectful individual. I have a Ph.D., and a professional career. We can be friends, or not. I’m looking for clean, safe, and restful for myself and my car.

If in Vegas: a covered designated parking spot is a must. Prefer in gated community for safety in the home and for my car. If on the Westside, parking is ideal because street cleaning do not get along. (hair toss) If in SLC, I will not be bringing my car, so access to public transit or roads without major traffic matter most.
