Hi all! My name is Alyssa and I am looking to either join an existing lease or find 2-3 roommates for an August 1st move in! I could potentially move the last week of July as well.

About me: I am 25, queer, and currently work as a therapist. I am pretty extroverted, so I do enjoy going out and hosting dinner parties. However, I also value alone time and love to do crafts like scrapbooking and making blankets.

I am pretty flexible with roommates, but would like to live with people who would like to be friends and be down for a night out and/or a chill night in. I value keeping the apartment clean and am looking for roommates who also share that value.

I am looking for my portion of the rent to be 750-1000, not including utilities. I have a car, but I am fine with street parking. I would like a dishwasher, but I don’t currently have one and would be okay doing dishes. The building needs to at least have laundry, but it doesn’t have to be in-unit.

I have two portable window ACs that are on wheels and easy to move. They’re pretty strong at cooling off the apartment.

Additionally, I have two cats that are registered as ESAs, so we wouldn’t have to worry about being denied housing due to pets. I’m also down for one more cat, as my current roommate has a cat. My boys are pretty good with other animals, my one boy is super social and loves to play while my younger kitty keeps to himself more, but is SUPER affectionate.

Oh, and I also have a Costco membership and would so be done taking my roommates to Costco.
