I am highly discrete, cordial, polite, friendly, and take pride in my living spaces by cleaning immediately and regularly. I have a friendly cat and her baby which are both litter box trained and do not shed. I am easily affected by animal hair and they do not affect me. I work as much as possible when not resting. I am willing to compromise with rent amounts, and I believe in paying what I owe in timely and or in advance. I have three sons who live with their mother and anytime I have them they do not stay the night with me and I try to engage them with outdoor activities away from home about 100% of the time I have them. I will reiterate that I am friendly, easy going and do not have egoic sense of entitlement that is seen in the world with a higher prevalence these days.
