Hi everyone! I’m looking for an affordable short-term room, camper, garage apartment, or similar arrangement in the Mount Vernon / Berea / Richmond area.

I recently purchased property locally and am in the process of preparing the site and building a shed to eventually move into. In the meantime, I’ve been splitting my time between camping on the property and staying in hotels, which is becoming expensive and isn’t the most practical solution while I finish the build.

I’m self-employed, quiet, responsible, and can pay weekly. I mainly need a safe place with AC and internet access where I can work and sleep.

Ideally, I’m looking for something temporary for about 30 days (possibly up to 60 if needed) while I complete this transition. I’m open to unconventional arrangements and would be grateful for any leads.
