Hi, I’m looking for a very nice and very clean room to rent in a house in a safe, nice area with nice neighbors. I appreciate a stable environment with other professionals. I am busy and out on weekends and during the week with local family (nieces, nephews) and I take my dog with me. He’s 9 lbs, a mature dog who is 100% trained and not barky. He does very well with other dogs, cats and people but prefers to chill/hide under my bed in my room, as he’s not a puppy and prefers his solitude. He’s super sweet and I bath him once a week so he’s always fresh. I am organized and clean and safe. I’m not dating right now and will never have people over. I go out when I want to socialize. Non smoker. I’m very calm and understanding and value respect and friendliness! I am pretty proactive with cleaning and don’t leave a mess when I cook. I’m easy to get along with and saving for a house! Let’s chat if you think this might be a good fit!
