After working for 30 years for Washington state’s child protection services (4 of those years with adult protective services), I will retire on 8/31/26 and pack my wee amount of belongings to relocate to Santa Monica! I have loved the Pacific NW but want to be where the weather is so inviting year round and by the beach! I’m only 60 so am seeking employment though a less stressful one than what I have done for 3 decades. I will fully retire at 65 or 67 - I’m not certain yet. I enjoy live music, dancing, hiking, CrossFit, scrabble, reading - currently loving ‘Theo of Golden’ and totally recommend it - and planning annual amazing vacations to explore more of this incredible globe. I love dogs in particular but am good with cats too. I am looking forward to meeting the perfect housemate/s. I am respectful of whatever house rules there are and appreciate down time and social time too.
