Hello! I’m dependable with a stable job & I’m easy going & fun! I’m searching for a person who wants to go in together for a house. Rent is too expensive for one person & would like to have more space & better living conditions for the $ we spend. I have a 15yr old son who is very kind & responsible. He is week on/off at his dad’s house during the summer, but is quiet, is a hard worker & quiet. Move date flexible- but would like to stop spending 2200/mo for a 700 sq ft apartment, ASAP. 😎
