Hey, I’m pretty quiet. I work a lot. Really need a place near a subway/train where I can get into the city in about 30 minutes. But I’m really friendly. I just graduated UC-San Diego at the top of my class….but I’m also “down to earth” too. I’m usually up for a conversation. Or…I’m also cool with just staying out of the way and keeping to myself. Honestly, I’m pretty cool with whatever. I have a great rental history, and previous landlords will vouch that I was a great tenant, and always paid rent 5 days early, each month.
