Friends would say I am articulate, kind, considerate, pleasant, peaceful, tidy and have a good sense of humor. I love to travel but, don’t get to go as much as I would like. I have 3 wonderful adult children in Washington state and Colorado. Zero criminal history and used to work for the police Dept so I will pass a background check with flying colors. No credit card debt. However, due to a severe accident, I do have medical bills so my credit is not perfect. I was formerly a professional organizer, and I used to own, staff and run a tiny nursing home with 4 elderly/ and or developmentally disabled adults where I did end of life care with(and for) my family. I do not drink, smoke or do drugs or partying and looking for like minded roommates. I enjoy and create beautiful, serene surroundings. I have neither overnight guests nor frequent guests as my family all live out of state. When I do socialize, it is away from the home. I live a drama free life and am looking for a calm,quiet environment to share that is free of yelling and barking dogs. I love children and animals but, will not be bringing any with me. Infrequently on the phone. I am considerate and keep the volume down low when listening to soft music or watching tv and appreciate the same from my housemates. I work full-time M-F 7:30 to 5 as a team leader in administration for a lively cardiology clinic. I come and go very little in the evenings after work. On the weekends I often am in and out running errands, shopping etc. though typically in for the night by 9:00 or ten pm at the latest. I am a private person and enjoy my personal space so I respectfully ask that roommate’s do not come into or permit their guests in my room/rooms. I will of course respect your boundaries as well. I do sleep in on the weekends and find I like my cat naps as I am getting older and a little creaky, lol.
