Hi,

My name is Daniel, and I’m reaching out because I’ll be relocating to Burbank this summer for an internship with Crane Aerospace & Electronics from June 27 through August 28. I’m looking for a short-term place to stay during that time and was wondering if your property might be available.

I’m a 21-year-old college student from Minnesota and will be spending most of my time working during the week. I am also taking 3 online classes through the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I’m clean, quiet, responsible, and a non-smoker. Ideally, I’m looking for a bedroom and bathroom with access to a kitchen, but I’m flexible.

If the space is available and you’d be open to a two-month lease, I’d love to hear more about it. I’m happy to provide references or answer any questions you may have.
