Hi! I’m Julian, a graduate student at Columbia University pursuing an MFA in Film Producing. I’m responsible, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. My schedule can be busy with classes and film projects, but I’m generally low-key at home and appreciate a peaceful living environment. I enjoy movies, fitness, exploring the city, and spending time with friends. I’m reliable with rent and communication, and I’m looking for a comfortable place to call home while I finish my degree.
