Hi! I’m Kai — I am relocating to Lancaster area for work and I’m looking for a comfortable, respectful home to settle into while I’m here.

I’d describe myself as social but considerate. I enjoy meeting people and having good conversations, but I also know when to keep things quiet. I keep early hours — usually up early and in bed at a reasonable time — so you won’t have to deal with late-night noise from my side.

I take shared spaces seriously: I keep things clean, do my part, and communicate openly if anything comes up. I’m looking for a place that feels calm and organized, and I’ll do my part to keep it that way.
