Incoming Graduate Student at George Mason University’s Arlington Campus.
I can get along with most anyone as long as they’re open with what they want from their living situation. As long as we clean up our own messes and keep the place pretty clean, I’ll have no complaints. I anticipate I’ll be pretty busy during the week so I’ll likely been in/out/or asleep. When I’m home I’m pretty quiet.
Looking for a place relatively close to the Metro and not too far from D.C. to be close to school/work. Budget is slightly flexible above $1200 but no $1500 is a hard limit.
