I’m Phil, a 32 year old guy who works remotely for a mortgage company Mon-Fri. I’m big on keeping the house clean, paying rent on time, and handy in general. Ideally I’d like to find some cool people to live with who are willing to split the cost of everything for the apartment. I am respectful of other people’s needs, i’m usually kind of quiet but I like to have fun sometimes on the weekends and party it up a little bit. I moved to Austin from Long Island New York in June of 2024. So far living in Austin has been great vibes for me, I really love it here.
