I am a quiet person who has a full time job and also is in online classes. I would prefer to live with someone who is not a partier. I don’t really drink or smoke. And rarely ever have company.

I am looking for a female roommate who has no pets or maybe a small dog or cat, because I have a standard poodle and 2 cats. I have a house currently but I am looking to move into a better neighborhood with amenities. So we would be applying for a new house together to rent
