Hi, I’m helping my daughter look for a safe and stable room, den, partitioned living space, etc… in Long Beach, ideally near the Traffic Circle/CSULB area, Los Altos, Signal Hill, or Bixby Knolls. Budget is around $500 if possible. Safety and walkability are very important because she does not drive. Female household or female roommate preferred. She has lived in shared-room & partitioned setups before and is looking for something respectful and stable. She is a student and very easygoing.
