I run an online retail business that keeps me on the road about half the time — sourcing and selling in Portland — so you’d have the place to yourself more than with a typical roommate. Inventory stays with the business, not in your living room. When I am home, I’m quiet and usually working, but I’m not a hermit — happy to share a meal or hang out. Speaking of which: I’m chef-trained, so the kitchen is where I shine. I cook well and, more importantly, I clean like someone who’s worked in a professional kitchen, because I have.
