I can’t afford to pay for the apartment with I’m living due to rent being raised every year and I lived here 10 years. I’m alone and I have a breathing disability. My right side of my diaphragm is partially paralyzed. Witch makes it difficult to breathe at times. I sometimes have to use oxygen.
