Hi, I’m Grant. I’m easygoing, respectful, and pretty social, but I also appreciate personal space and downtime. I work in operations, and outside of work I’m passionate about screenwriting, comedy, running, and playing on a billiards team.

I’ve lived with all kinds of roommates across different ages, backgrounds, and genders, so I’m adaptable and understand how important communication, cleanliness, and mutual respect are in a shared home. I’m neat, considerate of common spaces, and enjoy being friendly with roommates while respecting everyone’s routines and privacy.

Overall, I think I’d be great to live with because I bring a positive, low-drama energy to a home, keep things tidy, and value creating a comfortable environment where everyone feels at ease.
